To request a return please email with a reason for return, order number, name and telephone number a Return Authorization Number will be issued.  You will be emailed a return form once a request has been initiated.  To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.  Returns will not be processed without a return authorization number.  Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from receipt of goods.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status once we have received and processed the returned item.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.  In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.  We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replaced merchandise.  We know that Lingerie is personal.  We therefore take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they are in new and pristine condition before returning anything to our inventory.  We request that, if you're unsure about your purchase, you try your new garment on only over your own clean underwear.  Due to the personal nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of panties & boxers for sanitation concerns.  In the event that we refuse a refund due to indications that the item was worn and/or used, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
